All charges dismissed for 53-year-old North Alabama man

All counts of indictment have been dismissed against a north Alabama man who had been indicted by a grand jury on child sex crimes. Officials originally reported 53-year-old Bruce Wayne Abbott of Cullman was arrested and charged in Autauga County. The records now show the State made a motion to dismiss all counts of the indictment against 53-year-old Bruce Wayne Abbott. The case was also withdrawn.
