Young, an accomplished musician himself who formed the Spike Graham Orchestra will be embarking on other endeavors. In a statement, Young says "Thanks to WVAS for giving me a quarter of a century to showcase the music that is so dear to my heart." Going forward, WVAS will air past episodes of Spike's Blues for the next several weeks and a new program will be announced at a later date. Spike's Blues airs at 9 p.m.
